Personalised items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

This includes items made with dimensions, colours, markings, monograms or other specific features requested by the customer. Where this exception applies, it is stated before the order is confirmed.

The fact that an item is made after the order is placed does not necessarily mean that it is personalised.

Standard items

For standard, non-personalised items, you have 14 calendar days from the day after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us before the deadline using our contact form and include your name and order number.

You must then return the item within 14 days of sending your notice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The item must be returned complete and properly protected. You may handle it only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Any loss in value caused by additional handling may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts paid, including the initial standard delivery charge, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective or does not match what you ordered, please use our contact form promptly. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution. These provisions do not limit your rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects.

The statutory guarantee of conformity may be invoked for two years from delivery of the item.

This notice can be submitted through the contact form. The customer may also use any other written statement that clearly expresses the decision to withdraw.
