Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Each piece is created uniquely for each client, according to their individual preferences and specifications. This level of personalization means the item cannot be resold or repurposed, and therefore is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in the quality and craftsmanship of every item. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at marc@glaudeix.fr. We will assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products. By placing an order, you agree to waive this right in accordance with the law.
